Testnet Phase 1

Goals
Phase 1 is designed to achieve the following goals:
1. Network Security
Test transactions and ensure everything functions securely as intended.
2. Network Enhancement
Give validators hands-on experience to provide invaluable feedback helping us refine and strengthen MANTRA Chain.
3. Early Adopter Recognition
Foster an active validator community committed to governance and upgrades by rewarding early contributions.
